The Confidence Lab is Girl Lab’s signature 3-hour experience designed to help girls grow in confidence, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and courage through interactive learning and meaningful connection. Using the Girl Lab curriculum workbook alongside hands-on labs and activities, girls are encouraged to talk openly, think critically, problem-solve, and discover who they are in real-life situations.
Every activity is intentionally designed to create moments of reflection, conversation, creativity, and confidence-building. Girls leave with practical tools to help them better understand their feelings, navigate emotions and life changes, communicate with confidence, and handle challenges in healthy and empowering ways all within a safe, supportive, and fun environment created just for them.

Mini-Lab Collection
Girl Lab offers thoughtfully curated 1-hour lab sessions designed to meet girls exactly where they are. Some days call for creative expression through hands-on discovery in The Creative Lab. Other moments require a safe space to explore feelings, emotions, and honest conversations in Open Heart Lab. And in Brain Lab, girls learn how to think through challenges, build confidence in problem-solving, and develop real-world strategies they can carry into everyday life.
Every lab is intentionally created to help girls grow in confidence, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and courage all while having fun in an environment where they feel seen, safe, and supported.
